Due to the nature of food and baking-related products, we maintain a strict no return, no refund, and no cancellation policy to ensure hygiene, freshness, and product safety standards.

1. TRANSIT DAMAGE POLICY 

  • Bake Mall is not responsible for any damage caused during transit or courier handling.
  • Customers may contact us before placing the order to choose the transport/courier service of their preference.
  • Once the parcel is dispatched, the responsibility of handling lies with the courier/transport service.

2. PARCEL OPENING VIDEO 

  • A full uncut parcel opening video is compulsory for any claims regarding missing, damaged, wrong, or defective items.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • Sealed package before opening
    • Shipping label
    • Entire unboxing process without cuts or pauses
  • Claims without proper opening video proof will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. RETURN POLICY 

  • We do not accept returns for any baking ingredients, edible items, raw materials, or baking supplies once delivered.
  • Products cannot be returned due to change of mind, improper handling, storage issues, or personal preference.

4. REFUND POLICY 

  • All sales are final.
  • Refunds will not be provided for:
    • Transit damages
    • Delayed delivery by courier
    • Melted/damaged products due to weather conditions
    • Opened or used products
    • Incorrect storage after delivery
