1. TRANSIT DAMAGE POLICY
- Bake Mall is not responsible for any damage caused during transit or courier handling.
- Customers may contact us before placing the order to choose the transport/courier service of their preference.
- Once the parcel is dispatched, the responsibility of handling lies with the courier/transport service.
2. PARCEL OPENING VIDEO
- A full uncut parcel opening video is compulsory for any claims regarding missing, damaged, wrong, or defective items.
- The video must clearly show:
- Sealed package before opening
- Shipping label
- Entire unboxing process without cuts or pauses
- Claims without proper opening video proof will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. RETURN POLICY
- We do not accept returns for any baking ingredients, edible items, raw materials, or baking supplies once delivered.
- Products cannot be returned due to change of mind, improper handling, storage issues, or personal preference.
4. REFUND POLICY
- All sales are final.
- Refunds will not be provided for:
- Transit damages
- Delayed delivery by courier
- Melted/damaged products due to weather conditions
- Opened or used products
- Incorrect storage after delivery
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
